Our Second Annual Pin It to Win It Contest!

What did brides do before Pinterest? As a recent bride myself, I can tell you how instrumental Pinterest was in wedding planning. I used it for everything - from color inspiration to table numbers to photo ideas. I can honestly say that Pinterest (and the hours and days I spent researching on it) is partially responsible for my dream wedding.

As soon-to-be Brandywine Manor House brides, we know that so many of you already are using Pinterest to aid in your planning. On our Pinterest, we have thousands of photos for you to use as inspiration. Some, we've found scouring Pinterest - different wedding cakes or intricate details. But most of our pins are from our very own weddings here at BMH. We know that sometimes it can be hard to picture exactly how things will look while planning. What better to use for inspiration than photos of Brandywine Manor House weddings?!

In the spirit of the Christmas season (and because we adore our brides) we are running our second annual Pin It to Win It Contest! The prize is a FREE Rehearsal and Ceremony Coordinator, PLUS all those that participate will receive 10% off the fee for this service! 

To enter, you must first have a Pinterest account. If you need an invite to join Pinterest, email us at and we’ll send you one. Next, you must follow Brandywine Manor House on Pinterest. Create a board entitled “My Dream Wedding at Brandywine Manor House”. Add a short description of the theme for your wedding. Pin as many pins as you like, but you MUST have at least 15 pins originating from either:

Include a creative or description caption on each pin. Use hashtag #BMHbride, mention us by including @BrandywineManor on each pin and make sure to credit BMH or the particular photographer, etc., where credit is due. A little tip: adding the "Pin It" button to your favorites/bookmarks bar will make it easier to pin images from our website and blog. When your board is complete and pinned to perfection, let us know by emailing us at and be sure to let us know your Pinterest account name.

--Must only pin from the following BMH boards: BMH | Outdoor Ceremonies, BMH | The Manor Barn, BMH | Receptions, BMH | Photo Opportunities, and BMH | Landscape & Amenities. Only pins from these boards will be counted towards the mandatory 15.
Do not pin an image more than once.
Only one entry (board) per person.
All pins must have sources credited.
To receive the 10% off the booking fee, you must meet all rules of eligibility.

Must have booked wedding ceremony and reception for the 2014 wedding season. (If you are a 2015 bride, please get involved in our 2014 Pinterest Contest.)
Must not have booked through contract or email for this or any other coordination service. If you have already booked this service for your 2014 wedding, an alternate prize of the same value will be rewarded to you.
