For this week's throwback, meet Kendra and Michael. Kendra and Michael had their wedding reception at Brandywine Manor House in the summer of 2011. They are such a happy couple and were an absolute joy to work with. Aaron Mitchell Photography captured their special wedding moments. You can see the full post here.
This week's throwback is a little different than normal: we'll be ending with an update. We were thrilled to hear recently about her and Michael's growing family. Read on for some wedding throwbacks as well as photos of their recent addition. :)
Kendra and Michael hosted their wedding reception in our Crown Ballroom. After their church ceremony, Kendra and Michael headed to BMH for their cocktail hour and reception. While their guests were enjoying the hors d'oeuvre, they explored the grounds and captured beautiful photos. They had a large bridal party - including a few adorable kids! They all had such a great time and managed to get some fun photos!
Their reception was held in the Crown Ballroom. They booked our Uplighting and Colorsplash package and had the white Japanese lanterns. All of which makd a big impact. With the combination of blue, white, and black, their wedding reception was both modern and elegant, and they had the perfect backdrop for their first dance.
Following the reception, the couple stepped out onto the footbridge for one final big event before the night ended: fireworks! What a way to end your wedding day!
A few months ago, we reconnected with Kendra through Facebook. We were so excited to hear that she and Michael were expecting their first child! As women in the wedding industry, we have a sincere love for weddings. This love and excitement grows as we hear updates on growing families! Kendra was even so kind as to send us a few photos of her new and Michael's new son, Wyatt. The three of them make a beautiful little family. :)
